Lorraine comes from a Colombian-American family, and is fluent in Spanish. Her hobbies include weight lifting, spinning, boxing and cooking. She utilizes her cooking skills to add great variety and a personal touch to the collection of healthy recipes she has accumulated. To date, Lorraine has authored over 300 healthy recipes, suitable for post-bariatric and non-bariatric patients alike. She currently runs an Instagram and Facebook page called “BariatricBubble” where she shares her recipes and weight loss tips.
